The new toy...daddy learning the ropes

Our first bike ride this season happened today. We rode out to Grandpa's "Farm". Ian liked playing on the big boy toys and we made it on our bikes. What a lovely day out!

Hanging Out

Smelling the flowers...this was a new experience for Ian and he gave some great expression. Funny kid.

Thanks goodness for ELMO. These are Ians favorite PJ's and Elmo is our friend. He helps out all the time, helps make dinner, helps let mommy and daddy read or clean....Way to go PBS!

Ian is growing up fast...talking like crazy. My favorite saying lately is when we are at a restaurant and the food comes he screams "Oh WOW!" and always gets the waitress laughing. Maybe he will be a food critic or something...

He likes to eat whole items. Such as an apple. I took him skiing the other day and on the way home he demanded having the whole apple. Since I was driving I couldn't control that he ate the entire thing...seeds, core, stem. Here he is with a little more monitoring but he loves apples. He's starting to get angry when I break his sandwich in half or whatever...he wants the whole thing, none of that baby stuff!
